The Department of Earth Sciences (DES) and the Center for Earthquake and Information (CERI) offer both a MS and PhD degree in Earth Sciences.

Financial support is offered for well-qualified students and may be in the form of graduate research assistantships (from sponsored research awards, as CERI center of excellence research assistantships, or in the form of the prestigious palisades fellowship) or as teaching assistants in DES.

If any of these research topics interest you and if you're up for the challenge to take them further, contact the relevant faculty member directly for information.

For general enquiries and admission Procedures, please contact the Graduate Coordinator, David Greganti (901 678 4923).
